| When Grove City Baptist Church began in 1955, Grove City was only a village and did not become a city until 1959. In 1960, our church membership was close to 1% of Grove City's population and that grew to approximately 4% by the end of 2006. |
||||||||
| While that is wonderful growth, statistics show that only 38% of the people in Grove City have a religious affiliation. That leaves a large segment of individuals to reach and serve. Our purpose is far greater than raising money for a new building. Together, we are making a three year sacrificial commitment which will enable us to reach others for Christ and serve our growing church family and community. We are called to use our God given resources and blessings to further His kingom. The challenge is great, but the rewards are everlasting. Our Hallelujah goal is $1.7 million. Please pray and seek what God's will is for you in helping to fulfill this goal. Our Capital Stewardship Banquet will be held on Sunday, April 22nd: 6:00 - 8:00 pm. |
